EasyPay Terms and Conditions
EasyPay is the easy way to purchase items from the Own4less marketplace. You don’t pay any interest, (0% APR) and there are no credit checks. You’ll receive the item(s) when you have paid in full.
Once you’ve paid the deposit, the seller will store the item(s) safely for you and you can take up to 12 weeks to pay for the item(s). Once you’ve made the final payment (or if you pay in full before the final payment date selected at the checkout) the seller will dispatch the item(s) to you using the delivery option selected when you reserved the item(s).
You can pay the remaining balance at any time, and the seller will dispatch the item(s) to you. If you pay in full for the item(s) before the final payment date, no further payments will be collected – you will never pay more than the price of the item(s).
Any warranty that the seller offers is in addition to your statutory rights and will start from the date that the seller dispatches the item(s) to you.
If you decide not to complete the purchase for any reason, you will get a refund of everything that you have paid (including the deposit)if cancelled within 48 hours of reserving the item(s).
If you decide not to complete and cancel the agreement after 48 hours of reserving the item(s), you will get a refund for everything that you have paid above the deposit amount. The seller will retain the deposit in order to cover admin and storage costs, and the lost opportunity to sell the item(s) to someone else.
In the unlikely event that the seller is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund for everything that you have paid for the affected item(s), including the deposit.
EasyPay is available on certain items from selected sellers. Not all items are available on EasyPay. You’ll see if EasyPay is available when you view items on Own4less.
All EasyPay agreements are between you (The Purchaser) and the seller that you have reserved the item(s) with (The Seller).
